Random Audit: Every year, CTAB conducts up to 10% audits, programs selected via random draw.  The educational agency is notified that there will be an on-site visit to review and discuss the randomly selected program(s). Audits are typically scheduled between April 1 and June 15, 2010.

Quality Management: The educational agency should implement a process that includes maintenance of the master program submission and assures the continued quality of the accredited programs (i.e. retaining key portfolios/student work for the last two years). CTAB must be notified of any significant changes made to a program.

Annual Maintenance fee – an annual fee of $550.00 (plus GST) is applicable for each nationally accredited program. Payment is due no later than March 31.
