Description

The Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologists (CCTT) is pleased to offer a professional designation “IntETn(Canada)” in accordance with the International Engineering Alliance (IEA). This designation is granted to those engineering technicians in Canada who meet the following criteria:

  • applicants must be a Certified Engineering Technician in Canada (C.Tech)
  • must have a minimum of five years practical work experience
  • must agree to be bound by an international Code of Ethics
  • must demonstrate professional development activities for the past 5 years

Before you start

Before you proceed with the application, please make sure to collect following supporting documents:

  • Letter from your employeer stating that you have at least 5 years of the relevant experience.
  • Your Resume.
  • If you are the member of the association in one of the following provinces, please provide a copy of your membership dues receipt as a proof that you are a member in good standing: ON, SK, AB and BC.
  • Download and fill in this Professional Development Activities declaration form. The form is a fillable PDF.
